Our expertise in large-scale public projects - achieving success in synergy with our teams

This $30 million, 48-unit construction project was awarded by the SQI and delivered in June 2023. Carried out by HABITAT, it has received positive consensus from numerous media and government agencies. Inaugurated by Premier Legault, the building demonstrates our expertise in large-scale public projects. It is also a fine showcase for our ability to deliver on time, on budget, in a public tendering context and according to very specific criteria. Among our successes were the implementation of effective communications and a highly efficient project committee, which enabled us to work in symbiosis at every milestone, and above all, to find solutions quickly when challenges arose.
