A fine example of a design-build contract

The HABITAT team was commissioned to build the new Toyota dealership in Matane to the parent company's standards. Built under a design-build contract, this modern 14,200-square-foot building was designed to match Toyota's brand image. We worked hand-in-hand with the client team to offer superior customer comfort, notably by building an indoor reception area for delivery and maintenance. A gas exhaust system and air exchanger in the garage were installed to ensure employee safety. A car dealership takes excellence to a new level in collaboration with HABITAT.
